Ray Ramos founded Bliss Marc International in 1981. More than four decades later, the agency is still family-owned and run from Schaumburg, Illinois, helping businesses, healthcare agencies and families across the country find coverage that fits.

Our specialty is commercial insurance for healthcare agencies, including home health, home care, hospice and residential care facilities, along with workers' compensation and liability for small businesses of every kind. Through our sister organization, HOPE International, we also serve overseas Filipino workers, expats and their families with health, life and travel coverage.
Today the business is led by the Ramos family, with Kristy Ramos as Chief Executive Officer and Patty Ramos as Chief Operating Officer, and a team that knows clients by name.
